We accept select insurance plans and can help you understand your coverage and any out-of-pocket costs. If your plan is out-of-network, therapy can still be accessible. Many insurance plans allow you to submit a SuperBill—a detailed receipt of your session—so you can request reimbursement directly from your insurance company.

When possible, we offer sliding-scale session rates to support access to therapy during times of financial strain.
