Meet with one of our former school-based clinicians, who offers a trauma-informed, supportive space where adolescents can feel safe to talk, heal, and grow. We recognize that difficult experiences can shape how teens see themselves, their relationships, and the world around them. Our approach is gentle, collaborative, and paced to each individual, supporting the development of coping skills, emotional awareness, and confidence. When appropriate, we partner with families while honoring a teen’s need for trust, autonomy, and privacy as they work toward feeling more grounded and resilient.

Young adulthood is a season of change, growth, and uncertainty. Trauma-informed therapy offers a supportive, judgment-free space to explore the experiences—past and present—that shape how you see yourself and the world. We recognize that transitions in identity, relationships, work, or independence can bring up stress or old wounds. Our approach is collaborative and strengths-based, honoring your pace while building insight, emotional regulation, and resilience. Therapy is a place to feel supported, grounded, and empowered as you move forward into this next chapter.

Clinical supervision for mental health professionals offers a supportive, reflective space for clinicians to grow with confidence and integrity in their work. Grounded in a trauma-informed and strengths-based framework, supervision focuses on collaboration, ethical practice, and professional development across stages of licensure and career transitions. All of our clinicians who offer this service bring years of experience providing clinical supervision, along with diverse backgrounds in mental health settings. Together, we explore clinical skills, case conceptualization, professional identity, and the impact of the work on the provider. Supervision is a space to feel supported, thoughtfully challenged, and empowered as you continue to develop as a grounded practitioner.

Fees & Insurance
We know that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming. Our team is committed to making care accessible through insurance guidance and sliding scale rates where they are needed—so you can focus on your healing.
-
We accept select insurance plans and can help you understand your coverage and any out-of-pocket costs. If your plan is out-of-network, therapy can still be accessible. Many insurance plans allow you to submit a SuperBill—a detailed receipt of your session—so you can request reimbursement directly from your insurance company.
While reimbursement amounts vary by plan, we’re happy to provide the documentation and guidance you need to maximize your benefits.

Our therapists offer private sessions at rates that reflect their experience and expertise. For private rates please see clinicians individual pages.
We are committed to helping you find care that works for your budget whenever possible. We understand that finances can be a real barrier to care. When possible, we offer sliding-scale session rates to support access to therapy during times of financial strain. These rates are offered on a limited basis and are discussed openly and collaboratively. If you’re unsure what might work for you, we welcome the conversation.
