Associate Clinician

Hi there—I'm so glad you’re here.

I’m a licensed Clinical Social Worker and School Adjustment Counselor in Massachusetts, with years of experience supporting adolescents and young adults through a trauma informed clinical lens, in school, community and outpatient mental health settings. I strive to create a calm, grounded environment where you can speak freely, feel supported, and show up just as you are as you navigate feelings of overwhelm, anxiousness, or feeling "stuck". I bring patience, presence, and deep respect for what you may be carrying. Together, we can explore life’s in-between moments—whether you’re starting college, navigating identity, adjusting to your current life stage, processing loss, or figuring out what comes next. We can also work together to deepen your self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and cultivate more ease and meaning in your daily life. I believe growth happens when we feel safe enough to show up just as we are. I’m here to support you in making sense of where you are and moving forward with clarity and compassion—at your own pace.

My work is informed by an eclectic, evidence-based foundation including ACT, CBT, motivational interviewing, narrative, feminist, humanistic, relational, and strengths-based approaches. I am committed to providing therapy that is LGBTQ+ affirming and disability-informed, grounded in respect, accessibility, and cultural humility.

I am currently in-network with the insurances SDH Wellness lists in Massachusetts. If you are interested in working together and do not see your insurance listed- please don’t let that stop you from reaching out. I am happy to discuss how your out-of-network benefits work, and am open to a sliding scale to ensure the kind of space you are seeking is accessible to you.
